I’m really getting sick and tired of all the weight loss crap out there. We made weight loss to be such a circus, confusing, and a bunch of mumbo jumbo regurgitated garbage. Weight loss isn’t a guessing game it’s a science. There’re specific rules that need to be followed in order to drop weight. If you don’t follow those rules you will not shed the weight.  If you do then you will. Most of the confusion that’s out there has been put there because of different companies & parties attempting to make profits. Weight loss is about knowing your body, setting goals, giving them time lines, and following the rules of how to lose weight fast without pills.

The only way to drop weight is to create a calorie deficit. I am gonna call this the law of the cal deficit or the cal deficit law. Let’s say you want lose a lb of fat in a week. This would mean that you have to create a calorie deficit of a tad bit over 500 calories a day. Which should be done with a combination of both decreasing the amount of calories you take in the below your metabolic rate & increasing the amount of cals that you burn by a couple hundred per day.

I know this might seem like I’m oversimplifying this, but I am not. It is as simple as producing a cal deficit everyday while at the same time sustaining your lean muscle mass or increasing your lean muscle mass. As you can see when you break it down like this it takes a ton of the confusion out of weight loss & fat loss. Stick with a balanced diet where you eat the exact same amount of proteins and carbs but that is a smaller amount of than 20% fat most of which ought you come from great fats. Always have at a minimum one cheat day per 1 week. My explanation of a cheat day is being able to devour what you love, but staying very close or below your complete calorie intake for the day, but that those cals will be able to come from anywhere.
