What’s needed is a touch of common sense along with some motivation.

A basic truth is that if you are burning off more calories than what your putting into your body, you will lose weight. Don’t even consider missing meals. It just means eating small healthy meals throughout the day. Burning the calories that you consume in the most productive way is going to be the next part.

This means a combination of cardiovascular exercise, weight training, and stomach exercises. Two of the above can help you to burn enormous amounts of calories if you consistently do them on a weekly basis.

The commitment will come from your desire to lose your fat waist. It will be difficult in the beginning. Your muscles will ache, and your brain will try to persuade you not to do what you are doing. You will find it does get easier once the first 2 weeks have passed. Your motivation will need to come from the thought of how different you will look a few months down the line. Don’t give up on what you want, and you will start to lose the fat from your stomach, as well as it going from other places on your body.
